still have problems with my 96 75hp force stalling

I installed the fuel pump diaphram kit but did not snap the valve stems. I am wondering if my boat has fuel vent? Its a 96 170 fishmaster alum starcraft boat with the 1996 75hp force.

If it's got a built in tank, it has to be vented. If it's built in, look at the tank. there will be two or three hoses. One large-fill, one smaller, goes to engine, one smaller, goes to a vent. If it only has two hoses the tank may vent through the filler cap.

Sometimes it happens before I get out of the dock. I am figuring its something simple as it only has 10hours on it. Fuel pressure was a problem on my Merc and its very much the same. Anything inside the motor that might be the problem like the fuel return?
