When I start the engine should water comeout right away? Or as it warms up the Tstat opens and lets more come out. With the old one it had to warm up before water cameout and the new one it just comes out. Did my parts delear sell me a small dia thermo.

He sold you a cooler tstat, it sounds like.

I would not be alarmed about it,as long as you get flow before 2 minutes time in winter water. Also, did you happen to change out the impeller at the same time? The reason I ask is, old impellers may appear perfectly fine, but still be weaker than a good new one.
This would account for a higher head pressure than you had before. And there's nothing wrong with that.It would just mean that you "caught the rat before it made a nest" (as my father would say).

If it anit broke dont fix it well I allways fix and upgrade not sure why. When I purchased this boat over the internet sight unseen I was told like brand new and yes its like brand new but. The water did not comeout right away when doing the initial test on the force. So I panic and shut her down took out the thermo and then water cameout. After replacing the thermo with a new one now water comesout right away. Could me engine not be getting hot enough to run. Yes I replaced the water impeller but it was like new inside.

You had a bad thermo...sticking. Pretty common with Force, especially if run in sandy or saltwater conditions.
