Motor has ran great, until this weekend. Boat has set for 2 weeks, during this time hubby changed lower unit oil and oil looked good but dark. Took out this past weekend and started right up and ran good for about 15 min. Then it started to make a noise. Sound like it was coming for lower unit. Took boat out of water and checked lower unit oil. It was milky and had shavings. Drained and change, but did not take back out on water. I have found out that the gaskets on the fill/vent screws were not change. I just want to know what will cause the noise and the shavings. Please help.
