Re: force 125 fuel pump

Your fuel pump should be located on the side of the power head just above where your trottle and shift linkage connect. Follow your fuel line this will direct you right too it. Should replace or clean filter once a season i would think.

Re: force 125 fuel pump

I have a '88 Force 125HP on a 19' Bayliner Capri.

If you still have the origional fuel pump diaphragm on your motor, it's probably a good time to replace it.

Mine recently started to hesitating and cutting out at WOT. I cleaned the carb's with Sea Foam Deep Creep spray ($4.99), then replaced the fuel pump diaphragm and gasket ($4.70), which took about five minutes. The original Diaphragm had stretched out and was not delivering the fuel at higher RPM's. Runs great again and it was Very simple.

The Diaphram is inside the fuel Pump which is located behind the fuel filter.

Regards, Kevin
