Who built this boat? (in Victoria, BC)

Does anyone know the year and manufacturer of this boat? It has a Mercruiser 120 Hp i/o, model number 3886441 (also a sticker on engine saying sterndrive model number 3848292). The hull number is <br />"8 FHT3026-5". I am located on Vancouver Island Canada, in case it may be a local builder. I think it's late 60s, early 70s, but I'm not sure. I saw that boat on usedvictoria.com. Then I saw someone had posted another ad looking for the person that bought it. Anyways, it could be an old Sangster. Is this you?

Yeah, that's me, and its not bought yet! Everyone asks me who its built by, and its getting embarrassing saying I don't know! <br /> This ad looking for someone who bought it was on usedvictoria.com? I'll have to look for it and track them down. Thanks!
