Identifying my 125hp force

Hi,<br /><br />I just got a 125 hp Force outboard model 1258f9d with serial 017269. Can anyone tell me the year of manufacture and what oil ratio I should use for it? also my local dealer has no idea what year it was build. Please help.<br /><br />Thanks for your help and excuse my bad english... I hope you understand what I want from you ;)

Looks like a 1989. The last number determines the year. As for the oil ratio, it is probably 50:1.

Welcome xlys.<br />Yes it is a 1989 and the fuel is mixed at 50:1<br /><br />What I don't understand is why a member from a non US/english speaking country always feels a need to apologize for their english. :) <br /><br />I believe you speak, read, and write english better than most Americans.
