Yes I have the entire powerhead disassembled, it is down to nothing more than the two pistons, connecting rods, bearing caps, and block, these I have still attached to each other. As I stated, one piston moves freely now, the other is quite stiff, I see no signs of foreign obsticles in the cylinder in question, it just moves very hard. I see no scoring or scratching to the cyl walls. I am having extreme difficulty removing conn rods caps, they are extremely tight, and they have to be removed in order to remove the pistons completely. I see no damage whatsoever to the walls or piston. need more info, just ask
