1995 FORCE 120 HP MOTOR WILL NOT TURN OVER

BATTERY IS FULLY CHARGED: ALL CONNECTIONS SEEM TIGHT: BUT MOTOR WILL NOT TURN OVER. CAN NOT PULL START WITH A ROPE EITHER. Just put new stator on last week.It did start once and run. Volt meter on dash showed 16 volts though.

Hi, Bobby.<br /><br />Go to Engine FAQs and do the "Outboard wont start" troubleshooting.<br /><br />Let us know what you find. <br /><br />Also, please do not post in capitals. It seems like SHOUTING.

is the motor able to be turned by hand? If not, it sounds like maybe it seized? I would be interested to know if that's what happened.
