Hi expert please help me. I just bought the boat 2 weeks ago it run good for awhile then now I have difficult to start. I had replace the primer buld and it all hard now clean out the fuel filter, replace 4 new spark plugs. now everytime i try to start it has power coming in real strong but it won't start, well i have this problem before I keep doing this it eventually start but if I run around the lake it ok but if i stop and put the engine on neutral or cut engine off i will have difficult time to start back on again sometime i have to clean out the spark plug to be able to turn it on again don't know what to do please help my email address is cool3bears@yahoo.com if you have any tips will be appreciate it.

It sounds like your carbuartors need adjusting, also, could be bad gas, bad fuel flow, I'd run a search on correct carb adjustments. Might be just a turn of a screw.

Hey also, do you know about accelerating while in neutral? just push in the button on your gear control and in will disengage your gear lever, allowing you to "rev up" your engine.

thank for a quick answer Namron./ what u mean by adjusting carbuartors what is the carbuartor look like sorry i kind of new with the boat and got no idea what the carbuarotor look like do you happen to have the adjusting setting for my kind of boat. also i did clean out the gas filter and change the wire on the primer buld do u recommend me to change the primer buld to because i just change claims and the connector where the two wire meet. once again thank you for your tips if you could help me more I would be appreciate it.....thanks...........

Are you choking correctly?.To set fast idle on this boat grab throttle lever at the base and pull it out, then push the throttle forward. To choke push the key in when you crank the engine.

ya I choke it correctly, like i said it will crank up but it take time and alot of effort to do it. and i am tire of it i need to be out there and when i crank it should be right on even take couple try. but this thing sometime it take about half hour to 1 hr to get it crank. so please help. also to take the pic. I dont know what is the ignition are what it look like sorry could cannot help you boater dude i know i have a 1988 125hp other than that i am stuck buddy. sorry. back to the issue anybody please help me i am trying to crank this thing up....

There are many possible causes of youre problem there is no way for us to tell without more information from you that you can't give us because it doesn't seem like you are familiar with boats or engines i suggest you do some resaerch on two stroke engines and carbeurators you can probably get an owners manual off ebay for 20 bucks on a cd i'm getting one for my 1986 good luck.
