Ryan,<br /><br />Listen, the building has 6 units, 4 occupied. The probelm is roaches. On one hand, you have a property that is producing cash. On the other hand you have an infestation of the toughest, hardest to get of bugs on Earth. For heavens sake, bite the bullet and hire the Orkin man to come in and get rid of them. Products that unlicensed people can get are for small problems in single unit dwellings, not 6 unit multiplexes. If the units are not generating enough cash to pay for professional help, why not get out of the "slum lord" biz?
