At some point in time AC did work, not properly since we've been there, out of all tenants and owner, I've done more to house than any put together. Not too worried bout AC, can open windows in summer, only gets above 100 here 3-4 weeks a year. :) Yeah air returns and can feel flow, I chg filter also every few months. No obstructions I can "see", I am going to chk. ducting in roof as well. Thanks, Heinz

as for the ceiling fans, don't get confused over their most efficient operation. in the winter, you should have them pulling air up. that way, the warm air (already near the ceiling) is pushed against the ceiling, and runs down the walls to the floor. in the summer, again, the opposite.

yup thats what I do, works well.
