My weed whipper (homelite 2-stroke) sometimes bogs when accelerating from idle. Once at WOT, she runs strong and will cut through any weeds that the string is capable of cutting, without any bogging. I tried adjusting the idle mixture & speed, and the fast mixture. Both mixtures I set by turning until it leans out (pops) and then turn until it richens up (bogs), and then center the screw between these spots. I've tried the idle speed from the point where the motor is just about to die out, all the way up to a very fast idle.<br />Other than the occasional bogging, she purrs like a kitten. Even started on the first pull last time I trimmed (decided to pump the snot out of the bulb instead of the usual 3~4 pumps).
