Well its not as easy to re-master the cd as it sounds, Using "MagicISO" its easy enuf to add the files knoppix.sh and configs.tbz to Knoppix. Then burn the cd and get bad checksum error. OK, download md5.exe and generate checksums for the two new files edit md5sum with the new info. still get bad checksum error. using md5.exe to generate checksums, generate new checksums for all files on the cd, most were the same, but a few were different. reedit the md5sums file save changes, burn disk, same thing.
What am I missing here?

I just started to play around with this thing and it's really cool! I tried it on 2 different laptops. One one (the newer one), everything worked great except it dosn't have a driver for my wireless or wired network card. I'll look into getting that resolved. On the other (older) laptop, everything worked perfect except for sound.

Pretty neat stuff. It kind of lets you try Linux without commiting to it.

my grand nice was over last knight, wanted to play on the computor. I had it booted on the knoppix disk, she picked it right up. I sent one home with her.
