good morning america!! I am amazed how few UK boaters contribute to your forums ,I know that we have fewer boats per head than the US ,but then we have less water ,and also less fish in it!!(thanks to continental fishermen) also our fuel prices are astronomical approx $9.0 per gall !!!!
We also have huge restrictions imposed by local councils who try to discourage boating ,then they don,t have to provide pubic ramps or other facilities from our tax money!!!
I have owned boats for the last 40 years, mostly ski or offshore racers, but I also own a Dart 15 sailing cat for rough weather use ,and a seadoo GTi, as the vice commodore of the local ski club rest assured I will spread the word ,and I hope to see more Brits pestering you guy,s in future. Good luck to all and thanks to all who have given me invaluable help in the past Sid

Hi Sid

Your right, as a nation of sea dogs you would have thought that there would be a few more of us on this site.
The one big down side is that iboats do not supply overseas.
You will have to get yourself down to dockside chat and give Stan, Nos4r2, Dave Gibson and myself a little back up.

PS. Do you follow the cricket ;) :D
