Was this shifting before you worked on it?
Does the shift appear jammed or does it move and do nothing?
The only thing I see is the shift rod may not be properly ingaged in the pivot coupling.
Only instructions in my manual says to turn shift rod counterclockwise until disengaged from pivot coupling.I assume you need to assemble in a reverse procedure.
Of course there is the shift yoke and shift shaft that appear rather delicate in the drawings.
I sure someone will be along with more help.
