Need help with prop sizing

I have a 2001 Maxum 1800SR with a 4.3L Mercruiser (190HP). The prop on it now is 48-832834A-45-23P. I am only reaching 4400RPM at WOT, and should be getting 4800. Can anyone tell me what the size of the prop I have now on the boat from the number above and also recommend a prop to give me more RPM at WOT. Would really like more pulling out power.

It's a 23 pitch. A 21 would get you 400-500 more RPMs. There's a 4-blade Alpha aluminum prop that would be very worth looking into. Closest you'll come is 20p, but that 4th blade should still keep you pretty close to 4800.
