get the hull number and go to the coast guard site, the first couple of letter tell you the manufacturer, coast gurad has a list of Mfg.

Looks like and inboard compitition tow boat. Possibly a Sangar. If you want a definite answer try the forum over at WakeWorld.com they are experts in this area.
