engine will hit on lower cylinder if fuel is sprayed into the
cylinder top cylinder will not hit. carb is clean good fire
flywheel key is ok comp 110 on both cyl fuel pump does
not leak out of the back when 2 mounting screws are
removed new plugs, new water pump

completely swap the coils and see if the spark follows the coil. it does, replace the bad coil.
