Ray you got that one right, as a matter of fact you could put Carter, Nixon, And Hoover, and you would have a trifecta of three of the worse presidents of the twentieth century sitting around eating peanuts. Carter is the reason I voted for the gipper twice.

Lets not try to put all of the blame on poor o Clinton; during the period from 1981 to 2001 there were 7,581 Terrorist attacks worldwide
The attacks happened during the administrations of Presidents Carter, Reagan, Bush 1, and the present Bush.
