Here i am again needing help...hey, im a beginner. Right now on our 125 force it is jetted for sea level...we plan on taking it up to about 9000ft(the mountains). I know we have to have it rejetted but around here there are no marinas. A place in denver said they can do it for us but it would take a few days to get the jets in. If I could find out NOW what i need, then it will save me the trip back down the mountains. like i said, I have a 89 force (us marine) 2 stroke 4cylinder motor. It has dual carb set up. I do have model and serial number for the motor. If anyone knows which model jet i need or where i can find out, id appreciate it...THANKS!!

I looked up the jets for an '89 125 model 1251F9c, here is what it says.

For 3000 - 4500 FT. elevations
Mercury part number 1395-6247 MAIN FUEL JET . .090

For 4500-6000 ft, part number
FO13193 MAIN FUEL JET .088

For 6000 ft and above,
Mercury part number FO13949 MAIN FUEL JET .086

Any Mercury dealer or mercruiserparts.com can get them.
