1971 50hp - Fuel Leak?

I have a 1971 EV 50hp. Every time I take it out of the water and let it sit for a few hours I get a puddle of blue oil (fule and 2 stroke mix I assume) on the ground about the size of a size 12 shoe. It is dripping all the way from the engine area down to the prop.

Is this normal or should I look at replacing my fuel lines etc?

Does it only do this when you tilt the engine or all the time?

I tilt the engine when I trailer it so I am not sure if it would do the same thing when not tilted.
