Engine bogging down

A couple weeks ago my heat exhanger sprung a leak. I was cruising along and the boat just bogged down. I got it home and replaced the exhanger, but it still wants to bog down. I push the throttle all the way forward and it acts like it is missing. I did finaly get it to plane out, but as soon as I throttle back then forward it does the same thing.

Any suggestions?

If the engine over heated its time for a compression check for starters.

All four are between 120 and 125.
