150 gt low compression

checked compression in all cylinders and came back about65-70psi. any ideas before i go and have the power head rebuilt.

Check it with another gauge. I've got three and they all read different.
If all else fails pull the heads and get a visual.
All it will cost is a small amount for head gaskets and you will know for sure what it looks like inside.
What made you check it?

read other post....86 150 gt will not plane, you will kinda get the idea whats going on

ok tested again and cylinders came back 85-90 psi. that seem right to anyone out there
