New Yamaha 25 and Zodiac Mk 2 stock prop ?

Got some readings with my gps. Cruses real nice at 20 mph, about half throttle. Full throttle it goes 26.2 mph with 2 onboard. It dosen't matter if the wife sets in the front or back, with the wind or against the wind, uphill or downhill, it still goes 26.2 mph. Am I rpm limited? If so, would a prop with more pitch would help? The stock prop
Is 9 7/8 by 11 1/4 and the all up weight is about 700 lb.

Sounds like you're horsepower limited!

Any idea what your RPM's are at WOT?

Don't know the rpm I should probably be happy with 26 mph in a Zodiac, but a little more speed is always nice to have.

I have similar top speed with the same engine on a 12 ft Achilles.
