It has nothing to do with "popular referendum". I posted a poll several months ago here about pot legalization. Weed was legalized by a big margin.

I would try to decipher the rest of your post but I don't follow your dialect of crazy.

Nope. It can frequently be found on the ballot of many.elections accross the country, and is even legal in small quantities in some states, or a misdemenor in others.
People who voted did that too. But then, people in Florida voted for a "bullet train",also . Not a froum pole, but a referEN-DUM ,or "reformed law", as the druggies like to call it.
And don't forget that booze was once illegal, and it stil is to use a still, or are less than an determined-by-state age.

If you are questioning the use of something naturally "created by God," then you are also judging its creation, whether you choose to like it or not. My guess is that you will realize this one day. Perhaps judgement day.

If you wish to judge others by their actions or beliefs, then I would like to do the same. It is my belief you have many, many skeletons in your closet. Therefore, you continually shove crap down the throats of others in an effort to "get right with God," before you leave.


Bottom line, no matter how much crap you pile on top of sins, they don't go away...do they?

Just my humble "judgement."

As for Willie, do what makes you happy, as long as you cause no harm to others.

Willie did not get busted for being wrong, he got busted for breaking the law. No amount of argument about the correctness of the law will change that. No amount of praise of a willful lawbreaker will make him a hero.

I agree. Even if he's a pot chain smoker over a pound is more than a reasonable personal supply. Does anybody know why he only got charged with a misdemeanor? Oregon pot laws are pretty loose and you still go to jail for over an ounce...willie had 24 ounces.

Mine happens to be a loving God. Maybe you have no such faith, but you have yet to force Christians off the web, or place us in lepper colonies.
We Christians don't bite, pony. But we can't be fed to lions anymore iether -- without help from the "emporer of choice". We vote for many reasons, but that is a big one.

You can feel free to stop the "we" talk there 12fter.......Where did I say I hated GOD???? I said you have no right to tell someone they need to find God before they die. That is Gods' job, not yours or mine. I am Catholic, born and raised. Catholic grade school and high school education. I go to church every week and am a memeber of the Knights Of Columbus and the St Josephs Benevolence Society. Both of which do a lot for the community.

You are missing the point I was trying to make, and I think a lot of it hinges on the fact that a user and an adict are entirely different things. Its a different mindset, a different problem. I don't agree with being an addict, but I think if a person chooses to use then it is there choice, so long as it doesnt hurt anyone. If Willy had been higher than a kite and been driving, I'd have a different tune.

Its so funny to me that you believe you have the right to judge people..................doesnt sound like a good practicing Christian to me. Thats up to God to jugde, not you or me. Tell me where you came up with the notion that everyone who things drugs are good are God haters and that everyone who loves God also hates drugs?

I am sick of the cramming, not because I find it offensive, but because it isnt constructive discussion. It IMHO is the exact thing that iboats preaches against when they talk about this being a family site.

I agree it is every Christian's duty to spread the word. Its just that when it comes to straight up judging people......... Its really an issue of semantics. 12fter would say "Willie MUST find God before he dies" whereas I am more inclined to say "Willie needs to do some soul seaching, as clearly he is taking an iffy path"

Your problem is that you just assume that Willie "needs" or wants "help". Guess what? He doesn't. He's old and he's rich. He's living his life happily the way he wants to. Even if pot kills him he's already 73. He probably laughs at people like you. I sure do...
