In Oregon, Washington, and California that would be enough to get you busted for intent to sell, don't know about the rest of the country.

The west coast is pretty loose compared to the rest of the country. Even 1.5 oz would be enough for any normal person to get a ride down to the station at the very least.

Since when is the amount of weed that was in the vehicle automatically divided in equal weights among the passengers?Or was each holding their perspective share?The vehicle isn't in all of their names,is it? Not wishing bad for Willie and company,just never heard of the divided stash among passenger thing.

Its usually not done that way ob. I was just saying that as a tour bus with 5 people on it common sense says that they can't charge all 5 with the whole 1.5 pounds. They can charge the driver or the owner or whoever had it in their lap but all 5? Not in my book. If it was here in Tejas they would either let him walk just because he was Willie or they would be trying him on a capital offense, thats the way my wonderful state is.

LOL... In my county, they would bust all of them, including the driver for the whole 1 1/2 lbs. each, confiscate the bus, sell it at auction, and the local Newspaper would blurb... "BIG DRUG BUST!!!... 9 LBS. of Meth found on bus............ 8)

Hey, they have to justify themselves some way, we have 6 city police, 12 Sheriff deputies + the Sheriff, and 8 State in this town of 2056.

I herd it was Willies groupies that left the weed on the bus. Wasn’t Willies at all..............Course picturing Willies groupies..................................well lets just say, there may have been a need for that weed.
