Bass Tracker '97 Pro 16 decking removal

I am having to remove my decking in the hull area to repair some cracks in the hull and was looking for any insight or information that would help in this task - thanks in advance !!!

I have an older Tracker, all my decking is secured with phillips head counter sunk screws. If they're corroded you may need to just drill them out. You can buy left rotating drill bits. Somtimes the screws will back out while your drilling. Or, if your lucky just a screwdriver may do the trick.
