Here are a couple of smart criminals

Two men were arrested on Sunday night for trying to rob a McDonald's restaurant in Indiana, Pa., police said.

Robert Kern of Long Green, Md., and David Bivens of Indiana, Pa., wanted plastic cups that contained Monopoly game pieces, police said.

The suspects face a number of charges, police said.
