Re: Playing with fire

I don't know, but it's definitely bigger than anything I produced during my juvenile/adult delinquent pursuits of fire and mayhem.

Looks like a 5 gallon bucket on the ground so I'd start with it's being a liquid most likely. Otherwise, anyone's guess.

Re: Playing with fire

looks like gunpowder
it seems to be aome sort of explosive something instead if something that burns.

Re: Playing with fire

A small propane cylinder with some type of explosive igniter would be my guess.
Or photo-chop?

Definately an oxygen-rich fuel mixture that produced enough thrust to take some sort of projectile out of frame (smoke trail above the fireball).

Re: Playing with fire

I'll tell ya... I'd love to make some thermite but I'm afraid I'd get "visited". These days, just being a guy can look like a whole lot worse so I guess I'll have to pass. It's a wonder I'm still alive. I guess we all do some pretty stupid stuff until we realize the consequences. Some of us are lucky enough to not have to figure that out the hard way.

i386 DING DING DING -Flying Bucket Brand-

Black powder as the lift and ignition and a bucket o' coffee Creamer.

Dust explosions are very dangerous..... and this creates a beauty.
