All those democrats out there, enjoy your day. its been a long time. The way I look at it is, or maybe just rationalizing ( I cannot think about the higer taxes, the stffiling of business, or prospect of legislation from the bench), is that the pressure is off and now it is put up or shut up after the past 5-6 years of blistering pure crap from our dem friends. The dems voted for the war based on the info available, just like the republicans and the president. Amazing way to reinvent yourselves. If your an idiot that is convinced of some conspiracy, well there is just no sense in even entering a conversation with you.

The press is on your side and is actively engaged in an anti-military, anti-war, anti-republican agenda. that is not conjecture. there are interviews with liberal mdeia figures that confirm that as well as studies that show the bias.

So enjoy your day.. Time to show your cards. The country will come back to its senses when they see your hand only contains a high card.

We always seem to change our minds when things don't look right in the short-haul.
Long-term planning is not in our genes.

Terrorism is one thing, but there is more to this equation than that.

Wait and see what happens when the Chinese, a people with long-range goals, outstrip the U. S. in it's military mass. They've been on their way to that for some time now and I fear the Dems will "cut and run", reduce the military again, spend our way into a major deficit and generally emasculate the good old US of A.

Rather broad brush your using there my friend, I vote mostly Dem but am anti abortion. Voted in the state of Missouri for stem cell research, I guess in some circles that would condemn me to life in hell as a baby killer. So be it, I ask this of those that feel that way, to look into the deep recess of there own minds, and say that they would deny any medical treatment for themselves, or a loved ones, that was derived from stem cell research? Any takers?

The dems won because people were unhappy with the progress the repubs were making, not because the dem message was better.

We get back to the conservative Reagan roots and the dems will be watching from the sidelines again.
