My daughter is one of the featured people on Microsoft's recruiting site:

Her name is Patricia

I was a touch surprised that her blindness was not even mentioned in the blurb, but not shocked. She does not like to be defined by her blindness, and if given a choice she would never mention it.

I am, of course, very proud of her.

And of course, she voted the proper way

Apparently she didn't let her diability get in the way of her desires and achievements.You should be very proud indeed.I have a son with a disability that I am also very proud of,so I can relate.

Yeah, I tried to steer her on a career path pulling lumber off a green chain, but she'd have none of it.

PW2, you should be very very proud of her and your self all the upbringing that parents put in to are kids we do not for us but for them. And when they do good it is the greates feeling in the world not so much for us but for them. But it sure makes us so proud of them.d
