So called "experts" have been claiming this for years
Art Bell and Whitley Strieber wrote book called
The Coming Global Superstorm
Based on interviews which was later turned into a movie called
The Day After Tomorrow
PBS did a special on WWII and the jet stream that was used as a weapon by Japan. They also covered in that special that the jet stream has changed by 2 degrees which makes for big temp changes for parts of the US and Europe.
Now Im going back under my safe secure rock where I don't have to think about things like this.
