White Steam from Exhaust

I have white steam coming from both engines exhaust. More while under load. Both engines run smooth, I have no loss of coolant, oil is clean and I run consistently between 160 and 170 (depends on the temperature of the water). The steam is there all year long and the air temperature doesn't affect it. Have any idea what the problem could be or is this normal?

what about mid summer, mine is consistent all year long. Should I be worried about a blown head gasket? Engines run extremly smooth.

The less water coming out the exhaust, the more chance for steam. Worn/old impellers or pump housings, partially plugged ports in the risers could all cause steam. Don't forget those are hot exhaust gasses being cooled with water.
I wouldn't (can't) say about yours in particular because I can't actually see it.
IF you suspect head gasket problems, pressure testing the cooling system and doing a leakdown test on the cylinders can confirm a problem or show where it's at if there is one.
