Thats the "one" I have I put mine in my overhead console and you can't see it from outside. I need to move the wifes off the dash I think the sun messed hers up. It looks like a radar detector from outside the car. We don't have the problem dc and virgina have. also the only speeding ticket I have ever gotten was when I had a detector and I deserved it :D

I have a Sirius Roadmaster with several docking ports mounted in my Truck, Car, Boat, and inside my home. I use the same unit for all four applications. I LOVE the unit in my boat, for I can play old country music (Roadhouse) while I am fishing. Football, and Nascar are a great bonus as well. What is really cool, is that while I am fishing 20-25 miles offshore, the radio never loses reception.

With the Sirius One, I was disappointed with the display. It was hard to read (small size), and in the sunlight was actually impossible to read. I am surprised that they sent you the One as a warranty replacement, as I did the same thing several months back and they told me it was D/C. The newer units don't have that issue. By the way, I am very impressed with the warranty service. I just had to order a replacement for my Stilletto this week, as the earbud jack is transmitting to one side only (my overuse of it, I think), and they just sent me a new unit. I have to return the old one, no money due. They cover it 12 months, which I think is really a great warranty. I guess for the money I paid for it, they should, huh?
I still have yet to install it into my boat. I don't listen to the radio there too much, as the motor is a little loud when underway. Maybe while anchored would be OK, but I enjoy the peace and quiet more.
