Is there special wall paper for marine use? I have googled everything I can think of, and all I come up with is wallpaper with boats on it. Arg....It is a very rough paper, so I don't know if I can paper over it, or I need to take it off.

Does anyone know where something like this can be purchased?

Great idea. Thanks for all the info. I was wondering how to get the wallpaper in all the small spots of the boat anyway.

BTW, your Siberian is so cute. We have a Manchester Terrier, named Anchors Aweigh.

Have you taken a piece off a small area thats hidden to see what you are working with? Once you get a sample it might be easier to see if its paper or composite. And if its composite then you can get it from many RV and Trailer places locally. But like was said..maybe painting is the best way assuming it looks good (not chipped/peeling). Maybe throw a coat or 2 of primer/sealer on it first to help with adhesion.

In searching for marine grade wallpaper/wall covering....I saw something that might work...have you thought of replacing it with carpet? This is inside so you shouldn't have problems with fish guts and it getting mold/mildew etc.
