Tiller conversion complete. I rebuilt carb, cleaned everything up, repainted, put all new hoses on and a few other things. I'm real happy how it came out. This motor was thrown in with a boat/trailer package I paid $275 for.Thanks to the forum members for the help, particuarly Paul Moir.
