throttle box 83 johnson

The throttle control box on my 83 90 hp Johnson has finally given up after two repairs which have lasted 10 and 3 yrs respectively. Anyone know where I can get a replacement? and will some of the aftermarket units work in this motor? Thanks,

If your budget allows most of the better knows brands of controllers can be retro fitted to your engine. Do a search for teleflex and go from there.
