HOORAY!!! Going to Court Tuesday.

No, I haven't lost my mind (completely). The EX is being sued by some guy up the street. I don't know why yet. Thought I might as well go sit in the audience for the entertainment value since I'm layed off and have nothing better to do. Question is, am I going to be a fly on the wall, or a fly in the ointment. Heck, it's all good either way.

It'd be a blast having you there, but I'd hate to make you drive a 6hr round trip for a possible no-show. She usually works then...about 2 blocks from here. I'll drive by first to see if her car is there. But I'll probably still see if the proceedings go as scheduled. It'd be nice to see where the child support money will be going.

Willy...I'm jealous...And so close to the Holidays too...What a present.

When it's my turn, I'll certainly invite you as well. Actually I can't wait,.. given that 15 days before X-mas, she declares she want's a divorce...And if I find out who HE is...That'll be my present..

My sincerest sympathies Kfraser. That totally sucks! :'(

Maybe this will help ease the pain. Have a Look at "I Almost Got Arrested Today!" Maybe it'll lift your spirits. It did mine.

Have as Merry of a Christmas as you can.

At least you don't have to buy her a present this year.

For what it's worth, if you're able to go through with it amicably, look into legal assistance that handles such divorces for both parties simultaneously. It's usually far cheaper and quicker than each of you hiring your own lawyers. The latter thrive on bitter divorces, and the more bitter it is, the more money they make. :|
