Fogging the engine

I have had my boat out of the water for 10 weeks, a lot longer than I expected and have not fogged the engine with oil. It will be out now for a further 5 weeks to finish off the maintenance I have planned, so is it worth adding the fogging oil now or just leave it.
My original plan was to have it out a total of 4 weeks but not everything has gone to plan.
If its worth doing now, what is the procedure for a VP 4.3GL 1997?

If the temps around you are not below freezing ,then I would skip the fogging and just run the motor on muffs asap and the again in a few weeks.
