I have been quietly watching a number of these threads recently. Why must you repeat the "you got us into this" lie? It is often claimed here that history should guide us. Do you believe we should simply disregard, cover up and lie about the involvement of almost the entire Congress and UN? Is denying this fact not a lie? Why not? I ask honestly, not to fight, why must you guys and gals (Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, Dianne Feinstein) claim they would vote differently now? The only thing I can glean from that is that they would prefer to make decisions with a crystal ball handy. Who wouldn't? If I say "man I should've sold all of my stocks before the crash in 2000". You would all nod your heads sympathetically, and we would go our separate ways, and acknowledge that most feel the same way, but that it is meaningless to bemoan it . . .
I am absolutely positive that if Abraham Lincoln knew what was going to happen at Ford's Theater he would have voted to stay home . . .
