3 hp Yamaha

My 2001 outboard runs fine at high speeds but wil stall and not idle at low rpms. Any trouble shooting suggestions.

new spark, or less oil mix

idle not adjusted right
pull the plugs and read them

Cleaning the carb and readjusting would be the normal cure.
