Hi,
I have a question for you Bob. I have a 60hp merc somthing like 342140 and it is spitting water out the vent just below the cowl in the back running on the stand on muffs. I just recently overhauled it and haven't had it in the water yet to tune it under power. What could be causeing this and is it life threatening to the motor? I saw another thread on here where a 50 was doing the same thing. I would like to know in advance if this is going to be a problem................Jerry
