"aftermarket" windshields

I just acquired a California ski boat (looks like a Tahiti) and would like to add a windshield (it does not have one). Does anyone make "aftermarket" windshields? Has anyone ever done this?

I'm new here and apologize if this has been covered often. I did try searching first. ;)

Thanks.

Re:

Look at the top of the page, take the far left "marine store" pull down menu. The last item is "windshields". These are standard aftermarket

The alternative is to make your own out of aluminum channel and plexiglass.

Hitech, there is one more avenue to explore, if so inclined. If you want a once-piece curved or bent plexiglas windshield, some plastic distributors will cut and bend the plastic for you, if you provide a form. You therefore create a plywood model of the windshield and they bend the plastic around it.

I was thinking about doing that, but didn't think I could bend the plastic myself. Any idea who might do that?

Thanks.

Re:

I called a Plastic distributor, who was happy to bend it for me. I never followed through with it, because after I made the form, I realized how ugly it would look (too tall), and a shorter windshield would not work too well. I therefore just wear a croakie on my glasses, and duck the spray.
