Engine Warning.

I have a 2001 90hp johnson with 200 tt.Last serviced at 198 hours. Last night the ck engine warning came on. I turned off the engine for five minutes and restarted. After running for 3-4 minutes warning repeated for 2 min and turned off. Temp and oil warning ok. Engine ran fine after that with no problems. Help and ideas.

Isn't the Check Engine warniing mean that there is a restriction in the fuel line? You may have a dirty fuel filter or anti-siphon valve.
