And while we are on the subject.... why doesn't our PM show when we have a response to an old PM?.... Like, are we supposed to check for a response every minute?.... just to carry on a conversation?

Disregard the above....maybe the new software will fix this little bug.

I hope it does, I have found 3 day old response PM's thinking it wasn't answered.
