I have to commend the President for his action regarding the VA. I'm not happy that it became necessary under his watch, but at least he's doing the right thing now. Appointing Bob Dole and Donna Shalala to head the probe ... well, two better choices just don't exist. You don't want to tick-off Bob out of respect, and you dare not tick-off Donna out of fear. And I'm sure Elizabeth Dole will be along to "Nice" the rest into submission.

So here's a rare Attaboy to the Prez from lowly little me.

So far Maj. Gen. Weightman, Lt. Gen. Kiley and Sec. of the Army Francis Harvey have all been cut loose.

Seems Sec. of Defense Gates means it when people at the top will be held accountable.
