1998 50hp Not receiving fuel at full throttle

It ran good for 10 minutes at full throttle, but then starting acting as if it wasnt getting gas, bulb was soft... Runs great at half throttle but chokes past that? Pulled plugs and found them very fouled with oil.

Is the oil injection system still functioning or has it been eliminated and you are premixing? The primer bulb will not stay firm after the engine starts. Fuel is sucked through the line so there is no pressure.

The oil injection system is still in use so I am not premixing.

Check fuel tank vent and check for air leaks in the fuel lines...

Thanks for the help, my neighbor and I ended up taking the carbs off and cleaning them out, also installed new fuel filter to visibly see fuel sediment. Runs great now!
