load iboats forum instead of msn.com when I start IE?

Did that before upgrading to WXP but don't remember how.

Tools > Internet Properties > type forums.iboats.com in the homepage box.

If you're using IE7 and there is no tools menu hit the alt key.

Open IE
Goto iboats forum

On IE top menu, click Tools, Internet options.
In the General tab, click Use Current

This will make your current iboats webpage the home page....

in ie click tools, under the general tab type in www.iboats.com and make it your home page

If 'Tools' doesn't show on your IE, right click the 'Links' bar at the top and select 'Menu Bar'. That's where the 'Tools' button is.

Hehe 900 ways to do the same thing in Windows... This works for IE6 and Firefox, but not sure about IE7 though. Go to the page you want to be your start page. In the address bar, there's a little icon to the left of "http". Drag that little icon over and drop it on the "house" (home button). Done.

Hehe 900 ways to do the same thing in Windows... This works for IE6 and Firefox, but not sure about IE7 though. Go to the page you want to be your start page. In the address bar, there's a little icon to the left of "http". Drag that little icon over and drop it on the "house" (home button). Done.

That is pretty cool, didn't know about that one! (drag and drop)

The 900 different ways of doing the same thing in windows sure makes it a pain to pass MS exams!

Can't get it to work in IE 7.
