Well,........ I've Never even lain Eyes on Your particular Motor,.....

But,.... That motor, or Any Other Motor needs Fuel, Fire,+ Compression, At the Right Time to Run..........

You said your getting Plenty of Fire.......
Now you're saying it's getting Plenty of Fuel........
I Doubt it Suddenly Lost Compression,...... But I Guess it's Possible........
And,.....
Timing hasn't been Mentioned.......

Anyways,...... You're Missing 1 of the 4 Things I mention,.......
It's up to You to figure out Which 1 is Missing.........

I thought you have plenty of fire? The timing won't cause it to not fire, it will make it fire at the wrong time and not run. Which is it, fire or no fire?

Where is your distributor??( End of cam ,Dry as a bone?)If it (dist)turns, & you have hot, timed spark,clean-dry fuel, even compression,it must be either flooded or running!

I am going to assume that you mean run when you say fire. I/O Waldo could be onto something...if you can see two jets of fuel going into your carb while cranking it, it's flooding. You may have some trash hanging up a float needle. What does the floor of your intake look like? Look through your carb with with your choke held open. Are your spark plugs wet with fuel?

Not Sparking At All would be a Points Problem.....

At the Wrong Time would be a Timing Problem......
