Replacing OX66 thermostats - hard to do?

I'd like to replace the thermostats on my 02 OX66 150 and need to know if this is something I can easily do in the driveway without any special tools?

How many are there, location, cost of each ???

Anymore difficult than replacing one on a small block chevy?

select marine
select parts and service.
fillin the outboard,year and HP sections. then select cylinder head.
Yamaha has a parts website for the US market.
while your on the site look at the training section, they got a bad pic of me.
its very easy,very straight fwd to change T-stats on your engine,barring saltwater corrosion.
why ya wanna change them ?

I figured after 5 years / 200 hrs they'd be due for a change ? Cheap preventative maintenance. ??
